unbodying supremacy

weaving connection

4-Day Intensive in 2026

July 16-19, 2026

at SUSU CommUNITY Farm

in Southern Vermont

As a college professor, I spend time talking with my students about colonialism, empire, racism, and patriarchy. The Unbodying intensive rearranged how I understand and teach the impacts of these systems on our bodies and spirits. I’m more able to care for myself and others in the room. And just as often I find us practicing what repair, connection, and abundance feel like. I hope other schools will support teachers in taking this Intensive as necessary sustenance for our times.
— Jess
Unbodying was an incredible experience that exceeded my expectations in every way! This is an opportunity to engage in professional development like nothing you’ve ever done before. If I could, I would do it again and again. This work went deeper than I knew possible. Lis, Em and Amber are gifted facilitators and weave together an extraordinary experience that goes well beyond the classroom.
— Kelly, WSESU Special Educator

Reflection from Past Intensive Participant:

“I'm more in touch with my anger, and yet also feeling more compassionate towards those that I can identify supremacy patterns in; I'm able to identify the patterns and my participation in them, and able to pause and break the pattern with compassion and mindfulness. Each session gave me more context for my experience out in the world, and gave me powerful tools and paradigms for being with and transmuting challenging experiences into generative relating. This is the work we need to be doing in order to collectively move towards liberation, healing, and community connection.” ~ Addison

  • are you ready to unbind your body and mind from the conditioning of supremacy culture and reclaim a deeper sense of connection, authenticity, and belonging?

"Extremely unique program.

Seriously I feel more transformed from this program than over 10 years of talk therapy.”
